The views and beach was Certainly beautiful. The walk to your beach is what I loved the most. The house itself will not be in good shape. It really is aged and very outdated. The furnishings wasn't comfortable whatsoever rather than good with small kids because of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need being thrown out and new ones brought in.
